I was looking at Mark V and I love how it's thickness options range from 1.0 to max. I've been recently using Evolution FX-P in 1.7mm on the backhand and I like it a lot except I feel as if 1.5mm would be perfect.

Most manufacturers don't go below 1.8mm and Xiom rarely goes below 2.0mm with most of their rubbers.

Now, I understand that sales of thickness below 1.8mm (and probably sales below 2.0mm) are most likely quite poor for fast, modern inverted rubbers.

I guess I'm just venting my frustrations Angry
Blade - Xiom 36.5 ALX FL
Forehand - Xiom Omega V Asia 2.0mm
Backhand - Victas Curl P5V with Der Materialspezialist Firestorm Soft/Outkill 1.8mm sponge

Have you tried contacting their customer support and directly buying a custom version thickness? I know some companies are willing to do that for an extra cost.

Seconded.  I sometimes want to try Tenergy 05 in 1.7mm but I hate waiting for someone to order from someone else rather that stocking it... I would definitely try Tenergy 05 in 1.5mm .
