I don't know with sure, but may be they are around 2100-2200 or near the level of Ma Rin (The Beast). LOL

At least one of them (Lipan) has a well established USATT rating (played at Westchester tournament in June), so no guesswork is required. You can extrapolate his opponent from there.

Lipan made a very good progress over the years. Does he train in US? Who is his coach?

I watched Lipan live at tournament a month ago - he is really around 2300 with option to improve in the next some years. The other player Seni - he is much more stronger player and he is coaching Lipan only.
Seni is probably around 2500 in his best performance, many times watched him live as Romanians are coming often for tournaments in Bulgaria.
After spy's information now I know Seni will play in Bulgaria this season in the Premier League.
