It would help if there was a better view. Can't see much from this far away angle. It looks like the guy in red is playing with Long Pips on his bh, and his serve is illegal as hell. I can't really give a very accurate estimate with this view, but I wouldn't be surprised if they were both over 2000, maybe somewhere around 2100. They could also be only 1900, but judging from their skill they look better than that.
