I ordered a Clipper Classic ST from Paddle Palace and requested under 90gr. if available. I wasn't really expecting anything under 90gr. because all the Clippers I have owned in the past were 92-95gr range. When Clipper arrived I was shocked to see 87gr marked on the box. I weighted it and found it was 86. It plays amazing with Rakza 7. Another amazing thing was this blade was finished smooth with zero roughness on the handle or blade surface! Stiga must be changing things up at the factory for the better. Happy, happy, happy.

my Clipper An. I bought from TommyZai, that new Daddy, years & years ago was/still is 85g...it sure is amazing & a gem for me to treasure/keep. I'm doubtful that it's handle is Non-WRB. It must be but I don't care to find out...

On the Stiga website Stiga blade chart rates Clipper Classic only a value of 53. That is to low. I feel it has nice control for it being a thick blade. This blade goes well with soft to medium rubbers if euro type. It also shines with Chinese rubber if you can handle the weight. With a Clipper Classic at 92gr. and 2.2mm Chinese rubbers both sides you better have a strong arm.
