Anyone know of any coaches in the KC area? I would love to take some lessons. I've learned what I can but I think I need direction, youtube videos can only help so much haha!

There's a few in the Overland park area, 1 in the lawrence area, and i believe one in westport. P.m me and i can give you more information :)

The most active club is there in Overland park. You should be able to ask around.
There is a regular forum poster here from your area, "The Theologian." He might see this thread and hook you up.

Thanks! Yeah if you have any suggestions Im downtown but can come down south, I think the blazing paddles club isn't around anymore in midtown. Theologian? In what if you don't mind me asking?
Anyone you know of that teaches/coaches? Or would want to play and just give some pointers?

look up the overland park athletic club. There's some great players that go there regularly and two coaches. One of the coaches is an indian man named Dino I believe. And the other one is a woman by the name of XueYing Li. She played on a provincial team in china and has been coaching there and here for over 20 years.
Dino charges i want to say 15$ per hour Li charges i want to say 20$ for a group lesson session with 3-4 students. Usually lasting about 2-3 hours. |
