What is the best high feeling/control (all- or off+) CPEN blade from Yinhe(milkyway), DHS, Friendship (729), Sanwei, Dawei, or Galaxy blade? Thanks.

Did you meant to put all- or off+?  I'm guessing you meant off- or all+.

The most popular in that range would prolly be yasaka extra.  I'm afraid I'm out of the galaxy equivilent.

Yea something between ALL and OFF. OFF is alittle fast and ALL is alittle slow so.... Yea I saw a YE at a TT store the other day it was like 295 yuan = ? USD. But hopefully still looking for a chinese equivalent.
