Donic F1 series rubbers are great. High elastic sponge. Very springy without glue. Tensioned rubbers are a good option too. For easier loops and topsping, try a softer sponge. It becomes easier. THe harder the sponge, the better your technique needs to be because there is less dwell time. Also sticky grippy rubbers go well for looping and topspin. |

Bryce is pretty low-throw, and the powersponge version mimics speedglue as well so it'd be the best choice. However unless you want to shell out so much get F1, Highpoint, Higher/Transcend etc.

A very common rubber is Sriver for FH and Tackiness C for BH. The wood depends on your style of playing

But Sriver unglued isnt the best choice I think... I'd also say: Donic: Desto Series (F1-HS, F1, F2, F3), JOGold Andro: Quad Series, Plasma Series, Revolution, Revolution Fire Joola: Tango Series, Green energy, (perhaps Mambo H) Butterfly: Bryce Powersponge, Bryce FX Powersponge, Sriver L/FX Powersponge That are my first impressions...Hope that helps ! |
