I saw those "Special" Stigas at Nexy.com/TAK9.com .

I have asked  my stiga agent in Sydney last year and they asked Stiga head quarter, the reply was that only mentioning clipper cr has two type WRB for euro and north america markets and non wrb version is catering for Asian market with no mentioning special or pro versions. I have also asked Fredrik hakansson who is a stiga sponsored player as he said no such thing as special or pro version of clipper , only wrb and non. The only sponsored version you get is when stiga  custom made the blade for player such as jen lunquist.

First of all, Clipper CR with silver sticker should be non-WRB version.

Next, Nexy.com/Tak9.com have (or had) "special" versions of Stiga blades and they don't sell fake items.

If you can live without "special" mark engraved on the handle and want Clipper CR (WRB or non-WRB), you can buy it from TT11 and you'll be fine.

If you think you'll gonna die without "special" mark, ask the Korean retailer mentioned above or member Nexy here at MyTT.
