What about it seems fake? It's coming from Japan and it's only $27 cheaper than what it goes for in the U.S.

It's an EJ disease - they try to create sensation around equipment where there is none.

He probably just thought it was an SZLC rather than a ZLC.

fatt should start up a business.  I wouldn't mind a single bit if I received an SZLC for the price of a ZLC.
Viscaria FL - 91g
+ Neo H3 2.15 Blk - 44.5g(55.3g uncut bare)
+ Hexer HD 2.1 Red - 49.3g(68.5g 〃 〃)
= 184.8g

$200 is about the right price for a MJ ZLC (not SZLC in the listing). Actually you can buy it cheaper from Japan if you have the source. There are fake MJ SZLC from China but this one should be genuine.

NL, this is an Ebay seller that wants to create more hits to his site, he is offering a high end BTY at a discount  to draw interest to his site and it worked.  End of story....

That price is actually not really a bargain.  Tomioka(owner of tt-japan) sells it for ¥22,950(~US$185).
