I recently got a pair of Stiga shoes from China, it really amazed me there are so many different shoes (with OEM soles from Mizuno and Asics). I think the Stiga Instinct available here is using a similar sole design as well. I should have take the pics when they are brand new and not after few session of usage.
This time around, I decided to go with a pair of shoes with Asics soles and I think this is the trend for the last few months as I saw brand such as Joola, Tibhar, Stiga, Sunflex pumping out shoes with this sole design. Return to the topic, the shoe is light (268g with insole, 250 without) and out of the so many brands, I chose this one as it has a unique design with single piece of material making up the top of the shoe (similar to a pair of Air Max). Time would tell how durable this is though. The shoe (sole and top) is very soft, and can move easily. Compared to the wave drive series, I am moving towards the shoes with better cushioning (wave medal soles, or this pair of asics soles) as I started getting some knee pain. I still need to give it a bit more test on the wooden floor to give a comment on the traction. At a price of around $30USD (+ shipping on top), I think this definitely is a very good buy.
