When I contact with the ball - forehand counter- is there any rotation(rounded) in the shoulder joint or I have to push only with front head of the shoulder ?
Thank you in advance.

Not totally sure what you are describing. However, if you go to www.pingskills.com, select "Lessons", then "Strokes and technique", and then "Fh counterhit" you can see some very good slow motion instruction video with angles from front, side, and back. This is one of their free videos. You should be able to get a good start on answering your own question there. Mark

You definitely don't consciously push with the front head of the shoulder.
The shoulder slightly goes round, but this should be the fysical result of having a relaxed shoulder and upperarm and imposed by movement from the waist and acceleration of the fore arm. |
