Is there techniques for forehand-counter with light topsin from the wrist?
I know that the wrist is not use for basic technique(only forearm and arm)...but I want to learn and see any video for this detail - moving of the wrist. Thank you very much in advance. |

No. The wrist stays put for the entire stroke.

Agree with zeio - if you move the wrist during the stroke then its going to be very inconsistent..

+1, also if you start using your wrist - it's an extremely hard bad habit to break.

Just relax your wrist. In table tennis, you never actively use the wrist. You just relax it and let it do what it does in the context of the larger stroke. But if your wrist is not moving on any of your strokes, you are probably tensing it and doing something wrong. It is just a subtle effect of being relaxed.
