But I Received RSM MAX NOT AS DESCRIBED. you sent me used and glued blades. Since last year I've bought more 10 blades from members of MyTT, This is first time ever that doesn't match condition. VERY Dishonest seller. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS SELLER. HERE ARE THE PICTURES from ChichoFicho SENT ME, BEFORE I DECIDED TO BUY.    and here are the pictures of the blade i received today.  DIRT ONE THE GRIP.   GLUED   PLEASE GUYS... BE CAREFULL WITH THIS SELLER.. HE DOESN'T SEND BLADES AS HIS PICTURES. I MADE CLAIM ALREADY. THANKS.

Well, we have exchanged many emails. The pictures I sent to you were taken when the blade was bought. I didn't have camera with me when you messaged me and started making me offers to lower the price. I dropped down the price and sent you a blade that has only been used once and not by me. Furthemore, I said I would give you a full refund immediately when you said you didn't want it. Also, there WAS not that much dirt on the cork when I sent it to you. I won't be surprised if you had used it a couple of times to make it look dirtier. I have sold and bought more than 30 blades/rubbers for the past 8 years on this site. All this nonsense coming from a guy who sells blades worth 200$ for 1000-1500$ on ebay. Send me back the blade and you will receive refund as I promised. Very dishonest person. YOU HAVE TO SEND EXACT SAME CONDITION NO MATTER WHAT!!! For collectors, this is definitely used blade and not acceptable. At least you have to say sorry, but you are barefaced Such a LIAR and barefaced seller EVER. I don't think I need to explain to you about my eBay posting but since you are attacking me, so I defend myself. First of all, My eBay posting is NON OF YOUR BUSINESS. Personally, I'm a collector and using eBay to get connected worldwide to trade or buy blades. Recently, I bought a jpen custom at $1700, once again, this is NON OF YOUR BUSINESS. Shame on you. Last, I'm not going to post any reply about this matter. I already made claims, so let's see who is going to win. No more conversation with the person who is very unprofessional and deceptive. Who is attacking whom? I offered a full refund but you want to get the refund and never sending back the blade. People should know what kind of character we are dealing with. I won't waste my time with you anymore. Let's finish this case so that you can concentrate on your job - selling blades worth 200$ for 1000-1500$ on ebay. Next time at least don't beg sellers to reduce the price by 5$. |

Well, that's enough nonsense. That's not how you solve your problem. I offered you a full refund many times. However, you don't want to send the blade back. You want to keep the blade for yourself and sell it for 1000$ like you are doing on ebay:

That proves what kind of person I am dealing with. He revealed personal information including my paypal address and thanks to Baal all this was deleted. Everybody saw it. The original post for the RSM blade at the top of this thread should not have been written BRAND NEW. It should have said "like new" or "briefly used" or "once used" or "used for a few hours". But in fact, it said BRAND NEW.
It has been proven to me that the RSM blade bought by Shawnie arrived in the California post office on September 12, which means it would have been delivered to Shawnie on September 13, which is in fact the same day when Shawnie posted the pictures showing the RSM blade with sweat stains and clearly not in the condition shown in the pictures that Chicho Fricho sent to him prior to the sale. This needs to be noted for the record because it doesn't leave time for Shawnie to have managed to get sweat stains like that on what was supposed to be a new blade. I would have preferred to see some negotiated settlement between these two but it is not going to happen I think. |
