I've been using it for a few weeks on a training racket, it is ridiculously good value. I put it on a faster blade and it still has great spin and control. I have arc series on the forehand and spin on the back.

My opponents have trouble blocking my topspin, and I have immense control all the while.

I know 729 bloom is ittf Larc but the topsheets don't have the logo and code. Will they have ittf stamped ones any time soon?

Thanks for the info! May I ask what is your blade and hardness numbers of your rubbers?

Is top sheet tacky, lets say if compared to H3 or to 729-08 ES ?

Thanks again!

Bloom Power is ITTF 27-012 and
Bloom Spin is ITTF 27-013

Any others are not ITTF certified. Information from their recent list.

NOT FOR PLAY INTERTERNATIONALLY.

http://www.princett.com/EN/USD/product/Friendship-729-Bloom-Table-tennis-Pimples-in-Rubber-317.html

11 USD a piece of sheet. Be happy.
WARNING: Only acceptable for play at domestic events, for not having 'ITTF approval' letterings imprinted on the rubber.

I have them on a Palio Way 004 (koto outer with carbon 2nd layer)

I have arc 45 on the forehand and spin 45 on the backhand. The tackiness is less than hurricane 3 and the sponge is not very lively but is soft and very spinny. Produces a really good spin and arc on brush loops. I was able to counterloop with serious ease and a xu xin like side spin counter loop was able to put away the rally.

I just got sheets of Bloom Arc and Bloom spin, both black, both H45.  At $11 each, it's just a bit of fun.  Both are very tacky, neither have ITTF logos, look well-made.  Arc has the shortest pips I've ever seen on an inverted rubber.  Any shorter and they wouldn't exist.  Will report back about how they play.
This was a great signature until I realised it was overrated.
