My friend use it. I think it's tackier and spinner than the old one(chop I).

Tackiness Chop II has a harder sponge. The spin is rated the same as the original by Butterfly's rating system.

I tried the new TCII and was not impressed by it. It is a bit faster than the old one but not as dangerous in terms of spin generation. My opinion only.

It has the same topsheet as the reg Tackiness but has different faster sponge.  IN my opinion, the faster speed takes away from the slowing down and extra spin that created.  It is faster but I did think it was any spinner, less spinner in my opinion.  I used to use Tackiness Chop for an entire year as my primary chopping forehand rubber.
