Just curious, what would be a good BH rubber for counter topspin?

How does that work for you? How close is your BH angle for countering?

Same here, it has the best characteristics for counterlooping, it's just easy to overcome the opponent's spin and add your own without overly worrying about angles and stuff like that...

I agree with Dignics 05

This rubber is so insensitive to spin without losing lots of its pace and power

Nittaku Fastarc G-1 is not quite as fast and bouncy as Dignic 05 but costs a whole lot less and is also long lasting and can be had from tabletennis11 for about $30 on sale or if you buy lots of gear from them.

It's kinda a nightmare to short push with it tho....especially against non underspin serves.... just pops up the ball so, so easily! I have no idea how Harimoto makes it look so easy to make like triple bounce short pushes off it....

I recently switched from G-1 to P-1 on the BH and like it a lot better. G-1 simply doesn't have enough bounce/catapult for BH; on FH it's almost perfect.  However, I can already tell the P-1 topsheet doesn't have the legendary durability of G-1.
