yah you may, but it's pretty tricky to stick new sheets of sponge with topsheet, as you should apply glue only onto the pimples of the topsheet. www.colestt.com -> under 'how to', cole demonstrates the technique.

prying them apart.. i dunno u might have to heat it somehow, otherwise u will definitely rip either the sponge or the pips off of the topsheet.. or both. Yes you can buy sponge and topsheet, once again, www.colestt.com

If you bought your sponge and topsheet seperately, you can take the topsheet off after heating it, you can use a... dunno how it's called... you know that thing you use to make your clothes flat after washing them...

But if you didn't buy them seperately, your gonna have a hard time getting the topsheet off. You'll have to make it very very hot, it until it's almost on fire.
Just keep on heating until you can get it off.

And yes you can buy them apart, but only for chinese rubber. A few websites:
www.colestt.com , www.japsko.com , www.presports.com

Microwave? or something that makes the glue solve. there should be some product doing that but I wouldn't know the name^^
and I wouldn't know if it would have any side affects on your sponge or topsheet.

I do it by dribbling lighter fluid between the pips. Sometimes I can, sometimes I cant.

Please let me know if I can be of assistance.
