Not meaning to rain on anyone's parade here but, where do you get the information about the 729 Bomb being a Clipper clone?

The comparison is from some equipment experts'  (mostly in China) and players' comments.

Two China-made , less expensive, 7-ply all wood blades are considered to be clone of Stiga Clipper blade (or similar) ,  namely,  Yinghe (Galaxy) M5 and Friendship 729 Bomb. I have owned and played with both blades and Clipper.  In terms of material/veneer  structure,  M5 is more similar to Clipper.  In terms of playing effect,  I think 729 Bomb is more similar or even better.

Hi, Rich215 and others:

Here are 2 pictures of the 729 all wood blade, shakehand, 5-ply,  6.7mm.

http://i294.photobucket.com/albums/mm118/wpowu/DSC02244.jpg

Sorry,  I don't have a scale so I have no idea about the weight.
I feel  the blade is light weighted,  compared to my 2 major blades (C-Pen):  old  DHS all-wood blade and  LKT Will Power carbon blade.

If you are interested,  send PM to me.  I'll let you know my pay pal account.
