agree with silvalis, I played both and BT 555 and Korbel are similar.  AVX 700 is one of my favorite.  I do not recommend AVX Ma Wenge.  I have one and don't care for it.

It's nice. Good stability on blocking, around clipper speed but softer.

So Canadian , Dutch  boys ...
Avalox 550 and 555 are very good in close to the table game. But when you go back Korbel look at them and starts to lough. This is not only my opinion. P Gionis the, Greek defender, a top 100 player has also the same opinion with me.. You can't compare any , i repeat any Avalox blade  can't compare with  Korbel in far distances from the table.  From the five of our national team the three are playing with this blade even now who  Joola is the official supplier  of our national team.  (and the two of them are offenders, even Gionis loopes alot from the fh )
This is i think is a general rule . Most of the Swedish blades have great feel close  to the table and in mid distance but far from the table most of the Bty blades have better stability ih high speeds.
From the other hand these players are something different from us and the demands of their game are focused in another parts. (Their top spins are very fast and even if they know that is better to stay close to the table, the quality of the oponent's strokes force them to go back more often than we do). I personaly  allways  prefer feeling similar to Avaloc than the feeling of the most known in Eyrope Bty blades.

And something more.
Because the chinese national team players  are the best in the world doesn't means that their equipement (present or past) is the best too.
What  chinese national team plays uses their style of playing the game.
Generaly most of the Chinese players don't want to play a point with too mane exchanges od the ball. Great service , fast leggs , powerfull fh spin and say good bye .
But if you are heavy and medium fast as the europeans players you need to play better from mid and far distance from the table with higher technique in bh.

I have to agree with this. BTY blades tend to be stiffer and heavier which is better for a long distance game.

Plus isn't so easy to know with which blade a pro plays.
These top players have contract with a company but they sometimes use another blades. (They change the handle and is difficult to understand)

Our imported Lebonese player says he knows Kreanga pretty well and doesn't believe he ever really switched from his primorac carbon.
Wavestone St with Illumina 1.9r, defender1.7b

Please let me know if I can be of assistance.

Yeah Kreanga likes alot the primorac carbon. I know that.
I don't know if he is using this blade at the moment, i'll ask him in Greek individual champion  ( ...if i pass to the final round of 32...) orells i can learn that from his co-players in the national team. With Kreanga we have a chat only one time, but i am very good friend with some other younger players who practice with him almost every day.
The only thing i know for him for sure is that he was trying his blade but idon't  know  nothing for this moment.
The problem is that i live in Thessaloniki, 500 km away from Athens and i go to Athens only the weekends that i have matches.
It's very nice for anyone to see Kreanga , Gionis , and the ohter players in action.
Kreanga is one of the few top players in Europe who could be able   play very good with chinese rubber in his fh. He is very fast , he makes big moves, and every chinese rubber will help him to do better services.
All that in theory...
