For many years i have used home made glue and recently i forced to use stiga energy speed glue. And I think against my glue it is just sh*t with a price 30 times more expensive. Stiga energy has more hard feel and when you are playing it seems your bat has completely made of wood!!!!!!!!! Do you think it is possible I not use stiga energy in right way? |

What solvents were you using in your home made glue? The current glues don't compare to glues of 10 years ago when some solvents were banned. You may have been using a banned solvent.

Indeed it is not completely home made glue and it is something like puncture glue and I just add to it a little gas. But believe me it is better than stiga energy. I am not information about other glues but |

When I heard that some Chinese provincial team players added gasoline to their glue I instantly discarded it thinking it was rubbish...now I guess they weren't the only ones doing this then..

No, I know a lot of players in the third world use gas as a solvent. It's cheap and available. I've heard they melt like styrofoam into it to make it into glue. I guess if it's all you have...but I'd sure hate to have to smell that!

Gas is used to dilute lot of paints too. Its a cheaper alternative. It probably has the same affect as thinner.
