I placed an order on pingpongonline.com with free shipping on April 10th. Today's 27th, and I am still expecting it. Has enyone had experience ordering from that dealer? How long does it usually take for you to receive the order?

Phew....finally, it was such an agonizing wait that...I really have 2nd thought about ordering from this site now.....there's nothing wrong w/the service/stuffs. Don't get me wrong.

normally the fastest direct flight from the philippines to the us takes at least 2 days. so if postal mail in continental us alone takes at least a week, imagine how long it would take your stuff to traverse the entire pacific ocean to get to you.
so, it really isn't pingpongonline.com's fault. it's just the sheer distance, which may also result to delayed email/order replies due to the 13 hour time difference.  |

i ordered from march 10, and still waiting....
For some reason, the order was sent back to them. They just resent it, so another 3-4 weeks of agonizing wait... |

actually its the philippine postal system that really sucks, cole sent me a package last feb 17 and it arrived just may 1 and it was already in the philippines since april

i've make an order since April 25th, and till now our central post office in Indonesia, haven't receive anything from phillipine..... but as far as i know they always answer my email...hope will get my globe999 soon :D

The usual stuff. It went mising. That was a very long time ago.
 However, I've ordered a blade from them (PingPongOnline.com's very own Hinoki carbon blade) and it took 2.5 weeks to arrive here in Australia.
Considering the flight only takes about 10 hours (during peak hours).
