I just changed over from a Tackifire Special yesterday (FH) to a H3 provincial and found that it plays totally differently from my old rubber.

Please advise on required change of technique.

When you play with H3, you have to make the power the get power! You have to loop a bit harder than usual. When you block, you cant just block passivly, you have to block a bit more active!
The good thing about this rubber is the service and push! It is great for looping, you just have to get used to it!

Everybody says you should hit harder and more in to tha ball to get more power from h3. But I think you should brush more to get more power. And you should use your opponents spin to get more power. So just create some low arc spinny power loops.

H3 = High throw.  Block passive - let the ball come on - ball will fly high, especially against top spin.  Need to push through it to avoid that, meaning; more push blocking than just blocking required.  You will see :D.

This rubber is really meant for forehand where you hardly just block it but rather counter on forehand.

You can passive block with H2 much better because it is harder and faster.  Has low throw.

Wipe with sponge with water.  Does the trick.  There are many threads on cleaning rubber that you can search for on these forums for more detail.

Regarding "throw" . . . I'm not sure we are all using the same definition . . . either that or technique, where on the blade we strike, the blade itself, etc. has a lot to do with height trajectory of the shot. I am not discrediting anyone for their experience on THROW, but there are so many conflicts about this with the H2+H3 as well as the TG2+TG3 and other rubbers. I'm confused. I have tried the H2+H3+TG2. I think I'll glue up a TG3 and do a little experiement. weeeeeee

If you block passive, your opponent will get an easy ball back, WAY TO EASY!

i think u would want to loop harder meaning that u accelerate more through the contact point of the ball and create more spin, while at the same time still drive the ball to get sum good pace. thats what i think, and one thing as well dont try to tense up ur arm really stiff relax ur arm and just stoke normally dont try to do too much with ur stroke keep it simple and fluid. i think those are the key things about using a chinese rubber.

i haven't read too much about the h3 being a high throw rubber, but u definitely need to hit the ball more to create the spin and speed, it's more of a driving rubber.  if u graze, i don't think h3 is the right rubber for you, i couldn't graze well at all with this rubber.  not to take away anything from the h3, it probably is a very powerful rubber for a lot of people from what i've read. this is just not the right rubber for me.
