Most rubbers that are fairly well-rounded would do well. So not super-fast (like Bryce), and not super-tacky like 729 Wang Nan.

On a budget I'd recommend the 729 Super FX, Dawei Super Power 2008 XP.

depends if you want grippy sriver el 1.9-2.1 if you want sticky cream 2.0-2.2
are both great beginner rubbers
if table tennis is to sports, what star wars is to movies, then you must be chewbacca.

anything slow like cream. Colestt.com has a good combo for 20 dollars.
