Hi,

I have a couple of sriver rubbers that I haven't used for quite a while, and they badly need cleaning. I found some cleaners on BFY, and I was wondering if someone knew the difference between:
1. Combi cleaner (convenient because of the built-in sponge) http://www.butterflyonline.com/online_store_productcloseup.asp?page=glue_clean.asp&type=13&ID=61&pg=1&SortBy=Price&displayNum=50

2. Rubber cleaner (supposedly "returns the rubber surface to its natural tacky state")
http://www.butterflyonline.com/online_store_productcloseup.asp?page=glue_clean.asp&type=13&ID=10&pg=1&SortBy=Price&displayNum=50

3. Rushawa Foam Cleaner (seems to be the most popular)

Thanks...

the foam cleaner was ok. but i always just use water myself as most cleaners have alcohol in them which will degrade the topsheet over time

lol, I guess I was wrong Embarrassed

Wouldn't the Rubber cleaner (supposedly "returns the rubber surface to its natural tacky state") be more efficient for a rubber that hasn't been used for a long time, or the results will be the same with the foam or combi cleaner ?

What's the difference between them anyway ?

buy the foam. use water regularly. if your racket gets more dirty than usual, use water to clean it off first, then use the foam once.
