Strongest Bonding Water Based Glue

   Even with the impending glue ban, I haven't really followed the development of water based glues that closely. Mostly because I don't speed glue, but I did recently start treating my rubbers with EEII. Since I would like to continue with that after the ban, I need to find some water based glues that will bond a heavily curled sheet of rubber. I remember a topic about some issues people had trying to use Aqua effect to glue an EEII treated sheet? Anyway, what sorts of water based glues are out there? And which one seems to bond the strongest? Thanks!
