assuming ma lin carbon is pretty much the same as gatien carbon, mine has the thin carbon layers

i compared the images posted here with those displayed at www.yasaka.se.i carefully loked at my new blade-they all look identical.also,see the web page of paddlepalace.com.they sell gatien carbon blades there.i am very satisfied with the blade that is all i have to say.it has very low weight,not stiff and very nicely fininished.i played with it only once ,so i think as get more used to it i can enjoy it even more.
