I'm returning to the game after a long break (10+years).  My style has changed, I'm mostly a close to mid distance player.  Block and push player with opportunity attacks.  Strong mid-game and loops.  I've always used butterfly products but want to try something for an all round style of game.  Any suggestions on shakehand blade and rubbers.  I used to use Jonyer-H with Sriver for FH and Tackiness C for BH.  I now use Andrez Grubba FL with Sriver 2.1 rubbers.   Thanks.
Senkoh - 85 with Sriver EL 2.1
Keyshot Light with Sriver FX 2.1

Gosh..10 yrs was agonizingly long.....I get restless n depressed after just 1 week!
First blade comes to mind, assuming u r a shakehand player, is Stiga AllRound, AR CR wif or w/o WRB handle.
2nd would be a faster/more powerful Offensive Classic wif or w/o WRB handle again.
3rd would be even a tad faster ones like OC CR, OC CR wif WRB..
Assuming that u wanna try someth'n decent w/o going back to Butterflies!
For Jpens, I'd consult Ryno, Aeoliah, KingNike12, theNam, MalvinC n that kid I know quite well who plays BOTH Cpen n Shkhnd very well, 7homuz...

How much do you want to spend? I thought the Grubba raquet is rated for allround play (all+ or all- depending on version). What don't you like about your current setup?

It is a NICE 1 but also 1 which is right up there in the Heaven. Better try a "jack of all trades", AllRound+/- or even OFF- Stiga or Bty low ends b4 committing to either an Acoustic (OFF) or a Violin (OFF-/ALL+) without breaking ur n ur childrens' piggy banks!

Oops, sorry but I have very limited experience in blades, and Violin just happened to be one of the blades that I have tried.
