X5 all the way... great control, great speed and very light... nice sweet spot for balsa with carbon.

im playing with the blax right now. for me as an intermediate low level player, its awesome control on ur loops and pushes, its stiff yes, but i like this feeling, i dont want the flexibility of some blades, just dont like the slingshot effect.

very thick handle and very thick balse core [8mm+ i think], its good control in the short game espcially, and very forgiving if u screw up ur raquet angle, if uve mistaken backspin with no spin. dwell time is great too! i think its mainly because of quattros mushy sponge, but i can feel i can direct the ball with much time on my hands, i dont feel rushed.

but yeh its only been 2-3 weeks, and the blax will saty with me for quite a while. woohooooooooo
i lost my racquet

I have the X5 and I would recommend it, very fast, and good in control, good touch, good feel and comfortable to hold.

how good is this blade for looping both BH and FH, or is it more a hitters blade?

the x5 is this one an ideal choise for a controlled looping game?

Yes it is ideal for controlled looping, it is light and soft and very good for varying spins.  You can use it well close to the table but far back it has enough power to use at mid distance.

it is very good for counter looping close to the table, good for smashing, but i must say it is offensive controlled looping, not the fastest thing in the world, but the control and dwell time for those side spin loops is there.
