Hi guys, I got one from a friend.  Supposed to be very cheap ~ USD 5.  I haven't opened the package yet as I don't need new rubber right now.  But I am very curious after reading the descriptions on the back of the package.

Tulpe 007 can come with Chinese / Japanese / German sponges, mine is with Chinese sponge.  It is written that hardness is 39-41 only and it felt soft when I pinched it.  My questions are:

1.  Is it tacky or grippy?  If it's tacky, how tacky?  Similar to ProXT?
2.  What is the speed, spin and control compared to standard classic rubbers such as Sriver EL and Mark V (both un-glued)?

Thank you.

It's a great rubber/sponge. It's a hybrid between Ch.Jp/Gr.
The rubber is Japanese I think with Chinese topsheet, but designed by Germans. I have one left if anyone wants to try. I sold many and most players who bought, bought more.

Hi guys,

Thank you for the info.  I read the package again, it turns out that it's not Chinese/Jap/German sponge but new sponge made in China but named Taiwan sponge (supposed to be faster/spinnier than original chinese sponge).  It is included in oneofakindtrading as well.  Thank you for the link Tommizai Thumbs%20Up

By the way, is it too slow if I put on FH?  How fast and spinny is it compared to Sriver EL or Mark V unglued?
