Dawei Kama + 2008XP rubbers -Reviews?

I don't know anyone that has this blade, but I think it's kinda in a class of it's own. It's at an amazing price point so I'd say it's probably well worth what you pay for it. Most people say it's pretty decent. You kinda gotta know what you want to get from it though. It would be great to learn the strokes and develop your game and have fun. So beginners like it, and when as you progress you could easily just put faster rubbers on. However, it also would depend what your goals are. My friend and I were "beginners" last year, but right from the start we were doing 5-6 days a week at 2-3 hours, so if you're looking at table tennis seriously and plan to train hard and fast, there might be better alternatives out there... ask PPGear or Cole for the best advice on Chinese gear, or check the Beginner Blades thread pinned in the Equipment section.

Thank you. Well, I am not a beginner. But I am not the one who will be using this. I am interested because me and my friends are starting a local table tennis club.. Since table tennis is not popular around our area at all, we would like to help more people to join this sport and have some fun :)
So one of the important thing is equipments. I thing people will need a decent racket in order to really learn this sport. I don't want them to buy cheap pre-made rackets with green and purple rubbers that you can only literally "play" ping pong instead of play it as a sport. On the other hand, I don't want people to spend $40-50 for their first rackets. I want to keep it cheap so more people will join without worrying spending lots of money on this "new" activity.
Therefore this "Dawei Kama + 2008XP" cough our interest. It is about $25 including everything. I know for the price, I won't expect much from it. I read some reviews from the sellers, and it seems nice from their websites. But I still want to hear some customers reviews on this combo before I actually recommend this to the newcomers.

For a cheap set up, that feels good to use; you could also consider the LKT Instinct with 2mm 729 Lightening.

It's lightweight bat, that we've found useful to give to children at coaching to use; as well as more mature beginners.

No, for the beginners please start with LKT Instinct (no plus!). Instinct Plus is faster and less controllable.

Also check out these deals at Eacheng. They will charge you some S&H and it will take 2-3 weeks but if you are wiling to wait a bit you'd get a bargain overall (especially if you are going to order more than just a couple of rackets).

Hello noim, one of the locals just purchased  a premade from Cole. I don't recall the blade however it does have 2008XP on one side & Six Shooter on the other.
