It is a little slower than Sriver. But it works nice with speed glue. For sure that it is heavier than Sriver. There is a nice review here http://oneofakindtrading.com.au/729_higher_iii.htm

Speeds up nicely if you can tune it or prime it with a few layers of speed glue and give it a little stretch. Higher throw than sriver and lots more spin. Pretty slow straight out of the pack though. |

yes the throw it's a lot higher
but it's nice to play, next week i'll be glueing so i'd tell how it really plays. but it's a very nice rubber, beggining from the package and the rubber itself they all look very beautiful. plays good and it's cheap, good rubber |

They played very nice when glued up.
I have 2 pieces of the Higher 3 rubbers I bought from ZeroPong, cut to the size of the Clipper blade, treated with EE2 and primed with a few layers of glue. I played only a few matches with them so they are in very good condition (no nicks or chips what so ever since the top sheets are very durable), I will sell them both for $15 + shipping. I am more into Japanese rubbers now so these 2 rubbers have been sitting in plastic bags. If you are interested please IM me.

Eacheng have a good offer on Higher at the moment if you can wait a week or two (or more) for it to arrive.
I prefered it over the Higher3 although there was not that much difference in the way it played.
