Some serves from the front as requested.
A few chops, reverse chops, 1 reverse topspin, long topspin, short topspin, float and short down the line serves in that order (roughly).

Look pretty darn good to me. Would really appreciate if you can post some close up videos (I probably ask for too much here!). |

Close ups of the service action? From the front or side (or both)?
Probably not until Sunday when I take Fred out again.

Excellent serves. Good height, good length, placement, spin, variation, control, consistency. Everything you need for a pro level serve. Except for one thing though. These serves are not illegal enough to be pro serves . |

You have good fh serves Juan King Karlo. I have good FH side spin serve, but I dont have good move for fh backspin serve so I dont serve it. But I have luck to have really good bh backspin and side spin serves so I fix my nature problem. I also like to somethimes serve long nospin serves.

The ball is high on quite a few of these serves. This is the best I can do on very little service practice. Any tighter and the mistakes would outweigh the advantages gained. I fully intend to put a little more effort into this type of practice though.

It takes a month or two if you practice it a lot. I hardly practice it at all so it is always a bit risky using it in a game as it is very easy to make a mistake when the pressure is on. I usually tend to use just chop and float serves and throw the odd other one in from time to time. Now I have watched my vid a few times myself though I might start to use some of the others a little more and put more time in to practice them..

In a few of them actually I think the left hand was hiding the ball during contact from the camera point of view, which is close to an opponent's view, so the serves are just perfect, even at pro level! |

There are a few slightly illegal ones but it is marginal and without the benifit of slow-mo it is difficult for an umpire to tell. I do occasionally hit my left hand with the ball after serving.
Also the vids above show that I begin my toss slightly over the table, again difficult to spot for an umpire. No real advantage is gained from the second one though.

From the side (~ 45 degree) would be nice. I can perform the same servers but they are no where near your level of spin, esp the inside out ones. If I snap my wrist too fast, my servers will be anywhere but on the table. Maybe I can learn something from watching yours up close. TIA. |

I will see what I can do. Might have time tomorrow night, but it depends how many people are in the club watching. Otherwise it will be on Sunday.

Got my camera out when everyone had gone home tonight and here are a few serves in slow-mo as requested. I'm not saying any of these are the right way of doing it, just the way I do it.
6 serves
- Heavy chop
- short sidespin chop
- short sidespin with topspin
- long sidespin with topspin
- short reverse chop
- long fast reverse (probably float looking at it?) (or a bit of topspin due to the toss)

You should video yourself. You probably snap your wrist more than you think.
