what are the spinnest short pips out now?  what short pips are the closest to the spin pips liu guoliang was using in his prime that were banned?  i think they were made by tsp

I heard Liu switched to 802-40 and Huang switched to Spectol.

I'm not sure about Huang but I am sure that Liu Guoliang used clippa, I heard that at many places, this forum, info on clippa on multiple sites lots of places, I've never heard of him with 802-40

Stiga said he was using Clippa as they sponsored him. I hadn't heard any reliable source confirm that he actually used it, but others have said he used 802-40.

I agree with the np8. Virtually identical pip structure to the -40 but stickier formulation.

ffx-me, actually he used clippa after his spin pips were banned by ittf but since he wasnt as effective as before he retired
