As it seems, BTY will discontinue Viscaria.

I don't think there is a Viscaria in anything other than flared.

There's a picture of Viscaria St in presports.com whereas the only have Fl in stock

butterflyonline doesn't exactly have the entire collection of butterfly blades.

Huh...I never thought that maybe their charts are based only on what they carry.  I guess it makes sense though, since there was a picture of it at Presports.

i clipped the corner of the table, Tenergy ripped (there was a thread about that), the blade itself made a huge dent (fixed 75% through steam, but not enough). Then i let it go out of my hand and the paddle flew about 20 feet past a girl's face, and into the wall. That damaged the side a little bit.

It's still really playable, but the blade is pretty difficult to replace that i don't wanna keep using it, and the Strad has turned out better results.

You could just sand down the handle, but it is your own blade then you choose whether to sand it down or have it flared

That was a guess. Iruiru does not have any right now and someone else on this forum mentioned that Viscaria is getting harder to find.

To me it doesn't' make any sense though given the fact that it is a very popular blade. (I remember reading posts about it being very popular in China).

Well, a HKG friend I used to play a bit with has ST version. It's his main n favourite blade.

1) Viscaria St exists
2) Viscaria is a popular blade.

Then how come it is darn hard to find one?
