peter suggested that if buy one,i would need to select one on the heavier side...so far i only played once, but initially i noticed very little difference between legato and violin.violin and acosutic are different, for sure.
while using acoustic,i was given a compiment that my game improved(control mainly).

I have two Violins at 79g and one at 76g. I like the lighter ones because I get more speed/feel/control/vibration. I sacrifice a little power, I can speed and placement.

Hey, I think both Violin and Acoustic have kevlar in there. They're not all wood. Am I wrong?

I never thought of the Acoustic as "stiffer," but it's been a while since I had them side-by-side. I know the blocks are more solid with Acoustic, but the loops are more loopy with Violin. For me, there's no choice, as I've never found an Acoustic under 80g. So, Violin it is!!!
