Once I almost order from them, but in the end, I choose http://www.americantabletennis.com I order one rubber and I got it in 3 days, and I lived in the Caribbean. At least it work for me

I usually always order from them, it takes like 2-3 days to get my items, but I live in the same province ^^

On a side note...... I ordered 2 things that were on sale that they were out of and I received notification the next day. I emailed them what I wanted as replacements, which were not on sale and more expensive. I expected to pay the difference between the prices and they just sent me the replacements for the amount I already paid.

Yep, they will call back. I think it was only a 3 person operation the last time I talked to them.

I've used them several times and normally the response has been very fast either by phone or email. Yesterday was an exception it seems.

I've probably called 8 times, and only twice was there actually an operator.
I leave a voicemail and an e-mail to be safe. |
