This is one reason why the manufactures set up distributors in every country. You don't have to worry about the exchange rate, import duty etc... You can go to the distributor in your own country and buy the product.

The Internet forums raise a lot of interest among EJs to try new equipments. So, you look to buy the same product cheaper from anywhere in the world - the internet has made it easy. This has a lot of impact on the table tennis sport itself. This will force distributors in your country out of business. You will experience the volatile exchange rate - you thought you would pay less but you pay high.

As interesting though, this raises fight between distributors in various countries. The distributor in country A try selling products to another country B even though the same product is available in country B. Sadly, the competition is not within distributors in the same country, but between distributors in different countries.

There is no control on any of these issues now. It should probably start from us.

Please don't blame all Americans. In 1997, it happened in Asia. When someone buys more credit and can't payback it effects everyone else.

Back to the topic, please post what you think about the blade.

The Hino-Carbon Power weigh less than 90 gm. The Hino-Carbon Speed weigh more than 90 gm.

The TSP Balsa Plus 3.5 is slow at all for me. On my forehand I have used TSP Real as well as XIOM Omega III.

I'm playing with TSP Yanagi Alpha now. It is a very good and stable defensive blade.

I want to know what li jiawei goona use when she returns, maybe the people close to TSP would know

It's a good looper's blade. Feel is quite soft due to the material in the handle. it has quite a bit of spring but not much vibrations. Speed would be near the top end of OFF- for looping.

I have used a TSP Hino Carbon Speed blade for more than one year. I bought my blade in Guangzhou, China.
