Iļæ½m interested.

What play you under your Tenergy 05.

Most of all iļæ½m interested on blades without carbon or something else.

Woods like (Korbel off, Korbel SK7, Primorac Off-, Persson Powerplay ......)

I use Acoustic, and it's fine.. IMO, 5 ply will work better with Tenergy 05..

Cliper non wrb is not a good match.  Donic black devil is on the other hand is very good. Springy-crisp blades are good matches I guess...

Good decision.

You don't need extreme fast blades. I have used Tenergy on a DEF+ blade and worked well.

Are you saying Tenergy 05 is slower than Bryce on the same blade? Have you speed glued Bryce before?

How many layers you have used on Bryce? Are you lacking the same spin and speed in Tenergy?

I think you may be experiencing the problem as many others because of the hard sponge of Tenergy. Have you tried using more forward motion?

Tenergy is brilliant, I use it on a stiga hybrid wood blade. But yes to generate the same spin with tenergy as you did with speed glue you will have to hit the ball in much more of a foward motion.

I think Tenergy is a rubber that works OK on almost any wood blade. You can't expect speed or spin the same as speed glued Bryce though.

In fact even speed glued Sriver is faster and bouncier then Tenergy.

Im Using Tenergy on a Korbel OFF atm and its very good. I am going to be getting an acoustic to see how much faster it loops.

If u are going to use a blade like korbel you will have to change your motion to a forward looping motion but its so very easy after a few days :D

Hello guys. Iļæ½m looking forward to more speed. Spin is ok.

The topspins with tenergy are perfect. thatļæ½s why iļæ½ll stay by tenergy.

So I need a new wood. only wood. which is faster.
Thatļæ½s why i opened this thread. i want to know on which wood tenergy is very good. Korbel Sk7 and Korbel Off and Nittaku Acoustic are my canditats.

After the speed glueing you have to have a better ball placement.

@ Deathangel: can you tell me when you played the acoustic the difference between these woods ? thank you-

My good friend sammai makes a good point when saying that if you go with harder rubber you should also go with softer blade in order to limit your adjustment problems. That's why he goes from very stiff blade to arylate carbon, the arylate giving softness to the blade. He likes to play tube aluminum and stiga blade in that speed range (tube alu speed being his max speed) and feels really good with harder rubbers on a BTY iolite.
Depending the speed of the racket you play right now. if you do not want arylate/carbon and want speed a bit faster than Korbel then Acoustic is a very good pick. however blades like TBS, M.Maze should retain your attention as well.

I have not playd with the acoustic yet but as soon as i get it i will be gluing it up and trying it out. It should be here in the next week and i will tell you exactly what i think. Il probably make a review on comparing the korbel and the acoustic with Tenergy 05 2.1. I hope to find it a faster blade with less vibration and similar or little lower throw angle. But i wont be 100% sure until i get it.

What kind of wood you use for the Valor American Chopper blade? Have you changed from Sriver to Tenergy?

I put tenergy 05 on my YE blade yestoday. The result is amazing. Both Looping and flat hitting consistancy are much better than other few blades (Titan 5.4, Carbo 7.6 and Taksim) I tried. Ternergy became more forgiving. You can wipe the ball with full power. Yes, heavy rubber with soft blade is always right choice.

North American Birch. And yes, as my post says, I have switched to Tenergy. btw Butterfly Japan says Joo Se Hyuk is using Tenergy 64.

Okay. I have also seen that Joo is using Tenergy. I've read the translated version so I did not know it was 05 or 64.

The Butterfly US is not distributing 64 yet.
