I've recently bought a Senkoh 5 from dandoy-sports.com. What short pips would best match it? I prefer blocking and hitting rather than spinning the ball.

No expert on short pips, but I heard that 729 802-40 was a really good for hitting and blocking. It's fairly cheap as well!

Isn't that a 1ply blade....
so you might want to pair it up with something that's sponge is on the harder side since 1 ply's are generally soft. Ginko |

I'm testing TSP Super Spin Pips on my balsa blade for few days. Seems like it has the same sponge hardness as Spectol. The TSP Spectol Speed has harder sponge.
