Butterfly Timo Boll Spirit is a good blade. Another blade can be better if you are looking for something different and that blade can work well for you.

Xiom have AN handles which i prefer.

I like the TBS but the one i have is with a FL handle. I prefer AN handles which they don't sell here. Even the newer models like ALC are only available in FL or ST handles.

Looking at the unique Xiom chart, i am figuring it might be the Amadeus or Maximus blades.

Both are available in AN handles, even though the brochure doesn't show that the Maximus is available in AN but presports has it so i have to check if that is an old or new stock.

So are my choices correct? Amadeus and Maximus or have i read the chart all wrong.

i'm big fan of TBS-An. IMHO, I can say that TBS-An. has 1 of the most Comfy. An. handle out there cuz. I got mine back from Chicago after it was sent there as "template" for my o buddy to custom make a blade w/that kinda handle 4 me. Really dun wanna rain on Xiom's An. handled blade owners's parade. I've seen theirs n IMO, Xiom still has some homework to do to make their An. handle as nice/comfy as Bty TBS's or even as good as Stiga's which I also have.
To me personally, Xioms are really overpriced as I had 2 b4 but compared to Bty's equal-priced blades, they still have some catch up works to do.
No offence here just my opinion.

most Stigas have An. handles but I needed to sand the edges n tips as they r quite sharp. I once owned/still own AR, AR Evolution and Clipper Wood. Nice An. handle but rough n they do provide nice grips. Just sweet/yummy.

Why you guys prefer AN handle? More touch to the center of the palm?

I just sold my Stradivarius with AN handle but I liked it better than TBS. That's my answer to your question  Wink

Yeah more touch to the center. Hard to explain more but it feels better.

I guess it's a personal choice. For me FL feels like something is missing and with a ST it feels like it could slip out.

i heard that xiom resized their handles sizes/shapes so the newer blades and also older models that are newly produce will have the revised handle size/shape. Supposedly better than the older ones...

I personally think the XIOM prices are right. Very good quality, blades play great. I actually think it's Bty who goes a little over board charging 200 bucks for some of their new blades.
