Quite a versatile medium pip, with good control and with some long pip and short pip properties. You can generate some decent spin with it. it's not real fast, so more defensive oriented IMO... of you want something fast you'd be better off with a short pip.

I want a medium pimple with some long pimple effect and can hit and block like short pimple.

Yes it can certainly do that, and that's prety much how I'd describe it too... It's not just going to play like a fast short pip, but it blocks and hits very well...and has similar effect to some grippy long pimples... |

I have not tried TSP Milli Tall II. What suits your requirement is TSP Curl P3R Alpha.
