Hey
I ordered quite often from them and never had problems until 2 weeks ago, I did an order of about 150US, with paypal, I paid, but never received any notification in my hotmail saying that the payment has been received by them, one week passed, I e-mailed but they didn't answer at all so far, I usually never have problems with them, and I did quite a lot of orders with them! But hey, any similar experiences? Should I e-mail again or wait a lil? |

Have you checked your paypal? Does it say the amount has been transferred?
Paypal may have some policies on opening a dispute. Please check and open a dispute to get your money. Otherwise you may lose the money.

E-mail again after a bit from the last one. It is unusual to have not gotten payment notification. Maybe there is some personal problems or vacation?
I don't know how big the op is employee wise. |

Since email notification to you is normally being generated by the system (software) not by the human there are several reasons why it may not happen such as:
computer crashinng/hanging, email is being lost on the local email gateway/ISP or caught by the spam filter (false positive). I am pretty sure - they only have 1 computer. Normally, they should have a log on their local system (unless hard drive died and they have no backup). Ask them to search for your order - they should be able to do it if you give them date/time of the order. That is, of course, if there is no bigger issue - like shop is closing down or something..... |

Yes you should log into your paypal account to see if the money has been withdrawn.
They may have been closed for a while during Chinese New year celebrations... some places in China close for 4 weeks... No idea if pingpongonline celebrate this, but if they're from a Chinese background there's a good chance... |

Well I verified my paypal and now it indicates that the money has been withdrawn, still no answer from them though, but my friend also ordered one week ago and he has the same problem, maybe haggisv's right, they're maybe closing for a few weeks... hope it's ONLY that.

guys it's been weeks now and still havent receive dit, he e-mailed back saying that the package returned to him and that the address was not found(wtf) and he also forgot to put a blade in it, now he wants to refund me and wants me to make another order, why can't he just put the blade back and write the right address and just ship it back, it's a big order I,m doing, I'm doing it with 3 of my friends and they are very frustrated, they think it's my fault (damn), hope there won't be any issues now... I think its the last time I'm gonna order from them, if they don't do something bout that.

Wow thats strange I made an order from them 5 days ago and I quickly got an email of confirmation and later that day a confirmation that it was shipped . If I get package ill let you know. Ive heard people saying that delivery takes 3 weeks is this true.

yes, I ordered twice from them, and it always took minim 3 weeks, I'm pretty sure you'll get yours, but I think their customer service is slower than other less-known websites.

I ordered from pingpongonline couple times. They normally shipped right away. Sometimes, they don't send email to notify, but they do take care of things right. It would take 3 weeks to receive packages from Phillipines to USA.
