As I thought, but tried anyway, I boosted and while it was wet added the water glue which as water does on oil, seperated into droplets.  Thats cool, I just clamped it for 24 hours, and yes it was gluggy for about 3 days and then perfect for weeks

similar,
but more troublesome.

I bought this before they said it was banned and I don't care what the ittf president says since I think he is an *&^%* if he thinks he can do that to consumers.

It WAS suppose to be the answer to the non glue era.  Its nowhere near as good as the real glue but gives the rubber a good stretch and most the top players are doing it regardless of what they say.

Its undetectable.

Honestly,  I don't like it within the first few days.  Its just too soggy, mushy.  But after that you can feel it improves as it gets milder.

Also I have recently found you can use it similar to turps (turpentine).  If you have glue build up on a rubber, you can just do a super thin layer on the rubber and then clamp it.  In a few hours its ready to go.
