And this is what our sport has come to?  No wonder the Chinese and every other country beat the snot out of us.  Awesome hardbat beer party. Thumbs%20Down

I appreciate you sharing and I'm sure that many others will love it, but I really hate to see our sport go in this direction.  $1000,000 or not it blows.  Just my opinion..

That sucks, really :(

Just shows the status of Table Tennis in US.

Can you imagine a similar 100K Tennis tournament?

The Final could be like this: Roger Federer vs home-grown (brick wall or Wii) tennis player with handicap, 40-0 in each game (same ratio, or even better than in TT: TT ratio is 17/21 = 0.81 and Tennis ratio for 0-40 is 3/4 = 0.75).

I don't think US tennis association would ever allow such handicapped tournament... Why USATT do not care about TT image?

Basically, it just means TT is not a professional sport in US, and USATT is not a professional organization.

USATT wasn't even involved in this tournament, mainly budlight and killerspin.
