I think the dawei sponges tune up with more click than other chinese sponges.  Not to say they play better.  The hard chinese sponges play more like glued hurricane.  If you want something that clicks loud like the mambo type sound, I don't think anything else from china is even close.

If there was I'd go after that brand and carry it instead of dawei.

Of course, you could spend $50 on a sheet of something on donic silver sponge or spintech gold and you woudlnt' have to tune at all to get that sound.

Please let me know if I can be of assistance.

just Hammond

it's similar to bryce speed fx actually, both low throw, both are bouncy and soft, about the same spin

hammond is lighter and cheaper, it's underrated really

look at this guy, he is a romanian, he uses hammond max on a septear, you can see the low throw and the punch the rubber has

great video also, enjoy

yes both sides, i dont remember the water based glue he uses, i think it's donic

booster stiga extreme , 2 layers

he is world ranked around 500 i think, 20 years old

if you like soft bouncy rubbers hammond rules, very good for bh, though i do remind you it has a low throw and does not work well untuned

For me: tune a dawei 'butter' 30 deg sponge paired with thin, grippy or just a tad tacky topsheet, and you get a great effect. depending on the blade you put it on, it can range from slower but spinny to adequately fast and spinny, good control. Great looping rubber.
