    Posted: 09/14/2009 at 2:36pm
Hi all, I have a Nittaku Violin - ST handle for sale.

Got it from a member on this forum a month ago.

No ding; no nick; nothing wrong. Like new! There is however a minor repair done on the side of the blade by the previous owner but it was repaired so well that you can't tell a difference. A gripping tape was used so the handle looks like brand new as well.

It also comes with the original box plus certificate.

weight is 79 gr so it's very light.

Also willing to trade for new Nittaku Acoustic in FL handle.

I accept paypal, thanks for looking.

Thanks,
Kent

This is such a great blade. The Violin is probably the very best weapon for the all round player who who wants to loop.

I hear people describing it as an ALL blade. It is more OFF- to me.

Bump for one of the greatest wood I have ever played!

Yes, violin is a really good blade. It has a really good feel when you hit the ball. It is excellent for playing short games and loop. Not too good for flat hit, in my opinion, since the blade is too light. It is good for someone who likes to play near the table. Not good if you tend to move away from the table.
Do a search on the web and you'll find more info about Violin.

the heavy weight violin works fine in all zones, not just when you are close to the table.the ones that are in range of 79-82 are best for close to the table game, true.

just easy to play with-offensive blade, very lively and bouncy.violins are made to be stiff,so when using backhand that helps especially.more forgiving that hybrid blades, just as fast as hybrid blades.

thank you all for the additional input. I knew there will be a lot of players who can better explain the plus side of Violin. :)
$83 is really a great deal for this mint condition blade.
