i order a blade in there before. ok...average.
delivery takes awhile. mine needs 3 and 1/2 weeks.

I've purchased a couple of expensive EJ blades for a player I help sponsor from them.  I paid about 60% of what they sell for in the states.  The last purchase took 11 calendar days to deliver from the Philippines to the midwest U.S. 

I made a purchase from them just last week.  Their communication far exceeded my expectations.  They even caught an error in my order and asked me to verify before they charged me, and before they shipped. 

I have been very satisfied with their communication.  That said, I have also expressed to them my concerns about how they pack items though everything has arrived undamaged.  They indicated that they would pack future shipments to me so that the postal services didn't have a chance to break the items [blades].

The items I purchased were original from the manufacturer, no counterfeit, sealed in the original packages.

I ordered from them and it took more than 3 weeks until I received the package, it's fine with me because I wasn't hurried.
They responded to my inquires quickly, which I liked.
I'll order some more in the future.

The first time I ordered the blade took longer than 4 week to arrive but they said it got returned to them before it left the philipines since the parcel and my address had been damaged. The second time it arrived no problems. The next blade I ordered arrived after 2 weeks, no problem there and the 3rd I'm still waiting on, I expect it next week.

So all in all I've had no problems, you cant beat the prices:!). One tip for Australians (and maybe other countries). Their conversion from AUD to USD is very wrong, so order and pay for everything in USD, it's much cheaper that way. They are not packaged strongly not like Iruru where everything comes packed up almost bomb proof! but I haven't had anything damaged yet

Jesus Lim is also OK, he's the one that caught the error on my order.  I've dealt with both; they provide very good service and communication. 

Bottom line is that you can't be in a hurry to get the item.  Its going to take a while to arrive.  Its a tradeoff:  Low prices / longer wait. 

BTW, on bigger ticket items or multiple items, you might ask if they could give a little extra discount.    (hint, hint)  Wink

I bought 2 globe national, and they were all curled up ( with one of them seperating easily from the sponge/broken ) and not at all looking like the one I got from OOAKT.

I bought from them stiga v1 carbo blade.
They sent by mistake stiga sweden 5000 blade.
I played with it once.
Their proposal is to give me some credit for my next buy.
We are still trying to find a way through it.
