I don't have much experience with Chinese tacky inverted rubbers. I've heard the quality control is not good, i.e. two sheets of supposedly identical rubbers can play differently. Are the newer DHS better? What about 729 or others?Thanks for your suggestions!

It's not that much different. Some have a longer break-in period than others. The NEOs are quite consistent.

Most tacky sheets within a brand are consistent but with DHS you have to worry about your source and if you got a fake or not. QC for DHS is better for the pros - ie national and provincial versions but getting a hold of a legitimate sheet is very tough.... many people sell fakes that they say are national versions. It is getting harder with the Neo versions now however... in order to make a fake now you need to be able to have a built-in speed glue effect.
