for under $15, CTT National Pride is a candidate..
I bought it for testing it on my FH, along with LKT Black Power.. When I receive the package I was surprise by how light the Pride inside the package compared to the Black Power.. It was so light and when I opened it, I found that it's sponge is SOFT!! I can't play with soft rubbers on my FH Cry. Since I already bought it I tested it anyway and found that it's not a very good FH rubber (for me), but it is bouncy and can create decent spin from it's 'mildly' tacky topsheet..  I try it today on the BH of 655 and the result is decent.. Kind of remind me of 729 Faster with white sponge but Pride can create more spin than Faster (which basically all speed, little spin)..
