I prefer the TBZLF. More feel and more flex. Better control and 4-5 g lighter.

I've only play with TBS and Innerforce ZLF.

TBS is really solid and nice feeling for flat hits and hard looping.
Innerforce ZLF is softer, more dwell time.

Ok, if you want a fast looping and hitting game. TBS

Koto outer plies. The middle ply is probably the same as every other TBS, TBALC, Maze, etc.

I've used both for a season each, and IMO:

ZLF is lighter, thinner, slightly slower, much more flex, more of a soft feel.  Plays very much like an all-wood really, but the Zylon takes a lot of the vibration away, and the sweet spot is large.  I really liked it because it didn't have the carbon "numb" feel, but it's very expensive for what it is.  I think a high-quality all-wood blade gets 90% of the way there, but at half the price.

The TBS (or TB ALC) is more of a classic carbon blade.  Faster, harder-feeling, more direct, carbon "ping".  Still flexy enough for looping, but better than the ZLF when hard hitting and forcefully flicking over the table.   Great blade, used by lots of people.  I think the only real issue is that you can get some very good chinese clones of the TBS these days for a fraction of the price.

They're both very well made.

If you're used to carbon blades and the way they feel/play, you're probably going to be more comfortable with the TBS.  If you're coming from a flexy all-wood and are looking for an upgrade (but keeping the same feeling), the ZLF is worth a look.

So Koto is one of the plys the ZLF fiber make up 2 of the plys. There are a total of 5w plys and 2 zlf plys. I don't think Koto is the only type of wood? What is the other type of wood?
